Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. About IFTIN

IFTIN is a UK AI automation agency registered and operating in England. We design, build, test, and hand over custom automation workflows and AI-powered integrations for businesses. These terms govern your use of our services and website.

2. Services

Our services include the design, build, testing, and handover of automation workflows, AI integrations, and connected systems using platforms including Make.com, n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, and others as agreed. All work is scoped in writing before any project begins. Scope is defined in a written proposal accepted by both parties.

3. Proposals & Agreements

All projects begin with a scoping process. We will issue a written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed price. Work commences only after you accept the proposal in writing (email acceptance is sufficient).

Any work outside the accepted proposal scope is treated as a separate project and priced accordingly. We will always discuss this with you before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Starter & Growth (project-based): No upfront payment required. Full payment is due upon delivery and before final handover of credentials and documentation.

Retainer: Invoiced monthly at the start of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.

Late payments may result in paused work. Invoices unpaid after 14 days may attract a late payment charge under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

5. Revisions & Scope

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to agreed-upon functionality within the original scope. Each tier includes revision rounds as specified in the proposal.

Changes that materially expand the original scope — such as adding new workflows, integrating additional platforms, or changing core logic — are treated as new work and will be quoted separately before proceeding.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all automation workflows, scripts, configurations, and documentation created for your project. IFTIN retains no rights to your deliverables.

IFTIN reserves the right to reference the general nature of work completed (not client-specific details or data) as a portfolio reference, unless you request in writing that we do not.

7. Third-Party Services

Many automations we build rely on third-party platforms (Make.com, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, Stripe, etc.). IFTIN is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, feature deprecations, or policy changes made by those platforms. Where a third-party change affects your automation, we will advise on remediation but this may constitute new billable work.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat the other's business information, systems, data, and processes as confidential and not to disclose them to third parties without written consent. This obligation remains in force for two years after the end of any engagement.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to tools, credentials, platforms, and information required to complete agreed work. Delays caused by slow responses, missing access, or incomplete information on your end are not the responsibility of IFTIN and may affect delivery timelines without any liability to us.

10. Cancellation

Projects: If you cancel after work has begun, a pro-rata charge applies for work completed to the point of cancellation. No charge applies if cancelled before work commences.

Retainer: Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refund is issued for the current month already in progress.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

All work is delivered to a professional standard and tested before handover. We strongly recommend you test all automations in a staging or limited environment before going live in production.

IFTIN does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue increases, cost savings, or lead generation results) from automations we build. Results depend on your data, processes, and business conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

IFTIN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, automations or systems we deliver. This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid for the specific project or month in which the issue arose.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure outages, third-party platform failures, or illness.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
