About IFTIN
We're Building the Automation Infrastructure That UK Businesses Deserve
IFTIN is a UK AI automation agency. We design, build, and deploy custom workflows that remove manual bottlenecks — using AI where it adds real value. Founder-led. No middlemen. Every project delivered with precision.
Why IFTIN Exists
Every business has processes that eat time they cannot afford to lose. Data being re-entered across multiple tools. Leads slipping through because no one had the bandwidth to follow up. Reports that take half a Friday to pull together when they could be waiting in an inbox automatically every Monday morning. These aren't rare edge cases — they're the daily reality for most businesses operating below the scale where full engineering teams make sense.
The problem has never been a lack of technology. The tools to fix these things have existed for years. The gap has always been access — access to people who understand both the business problem and the technical solution, who can build quickly, who charge what the work is actually worth, and who hand over something you genuinely own and can operate without depending on them forever.
IFTIN was built to close that gap. We build the automation systems that used to require months of planning and a six-figure engineering budget, and we deliver them in days at a fixed price you agree to upfront — before a single line of code is written.
What We Actually Do
At the core of what we build are connected, intelligent workflows. That means taking the manual steps your team currently does by hand — copying data between tools, sending follow-up emails, generating reports, routing leads, updating CRMs — and replacing them with systems that run automatically, reliably, and around the clock without human intervention.
We integrate AI where it genuinely earns its place. Using Claude — Anthropic's AI — we add intelligence to workflows that need to read, write, classify, or make decisions based on unstructured information. That might mean automatically summarising a client's enquiry and routing it to the right person, drafting a follow-up email based on what was discussed in a meeting, or flagging anomalies in a report before it lands in front of your team.
The platforms we work with include Make.com, n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, and Airtable — plus direct API and webhook integrations for anything custom. We choose the platform that fits your existing stack, not the one we happen to prefer. If you're already deep in the Microsoft ecosystem, Power Automate is the right call. If you're on HubSpot, we build where your data already lives. If you need something bespoke, we build it bespoke.
Alongside the build work, we offer consulting to help businesses map their processes and identify where automation will have the most impact. Not every problem needs a complex solution. Sometimes the highest-value automation is the simplest one — and we'll tell you that honestly rather than over-engineer for the sake of a larger invoice.
How We Work
It starts with a 30-minute discovery call. No pitch deck, no sales pressure — just a direct conversation about your tools, your processes, and where the bottlenecks are. We ask the questions that matter: what does your team actually spend time on, what breaks most often, what would you do more of if the manual work disappeared?
From there, we map the automation opportunities and send you a written proposal within 48 hours. Fixed scope, fixed price, clear timeline. No hourly billing surprises, no ambiguous deliverables. You know exactly what you're getting before you agree to anything.
The build happens fast. Starter automations typically take 3 to 5 days. Growth projects — involving multiple workflows and AI integration — are usually done within 1 to 2 weeks. You're kept in the loop at milestones, not left in the dark until a delivery email appears.
Handover is thorough. We walk you through everything that was built, document how it works, and make sure you or your team can manage it going forward. The goal is for you to feel completely in control of what we've built — not dependent on us to keep things running.
For businesses that want ongoing support, we offer a retainer covering new automations, optimisation of existing ones, and priority fixes when something needs attention. It's entirely optional — and never pushed on anyone who doesn't genuinely need it.
Who Builds It
I'm Munim Mohamed, founder of IFTIN. I built this business around one observation: most businesses are losing significant time and money to processes that automation has already solved — and the reason they haven't fixed it isn't a lack of tools. It's a lack of the right person to implement them properly.
That's the gap IFTIN exists to close. Every client works directly with me — no intermediaries, no diluted delivery. Just precise, well-built automation that does exactly what it was designed to do.
What You Can Expect
Precision over promises. We scope carefully before we build. If something is outside what was agreed, we discuss it before proceeding — never after. There are no surprise invoices, no scope creep you didn't sign off on, and no over-engineering to make a project feel bigger than it needs to be.
You own everything we build. On full payment, every workflow, script, configuration, and piece of documentation belongs entirely to you. There is no licensing arrangement, no ongoing dependency on IFTIN to keep things running, and no lock-in of any kind. We build for you, not to retain you as a dependency.
AI where it genuinely earns its place — not as a selling point, but as a tool that makes the work better. If your automation doesn't need AI, we won't add it to justify a higher price. If it does, we integrate Claude thoughtfully — in a way that's maintainable, explainable, and actually useful to the people using it every day.
Where We're Headed
The goal is simple: help small and growing businesses compete more effectively by removing the manual work that slows them down. Save them time, reduce errors, and give them systems that let them grow without everything becoming harder.
In five years, I want to look back at a track record of businesses that are running better than before — not because they hired more people, but because the right systems were put in place. That's the mission. One business at a time.
